My First Fondant Cupcake !

I always wanted to make fondant cupcakes but I am not good in handling fondant.
I get a small pack of chocolate fondant from the ingredient shop and thinking to make my first fondant cupcake.

First I have to think about the design. As I cant make any figures yet so I try to make something simple...LV Logo.

I still need to improve more in buttercream and my drawing skill..

Recently I love to make decoration with chocolate.. This time I thought of chocolate curls too.. Though it is not easy to make all these curls but I still like them as decoration.

As for the feedback, my customers prefer to have fresh fruits than chocolate curls. I need to learn to decorate with fresh fruits and my friend, Dreamy Sweets has given lots of advise for me.. Thanks..

Cheesecake with Chocolate Mousse and Ganache

Thinking of doing some special decoration for this cheesecake..First came to my mind is STRAWBERRY! But I dont want to use the real ones.. So the next came to my mind was the strawberry chocolate mould which I have bought few months ago.. This time I coat outer part with pink chocolate and filled with strawberry mousse.. N I've make some chocolate curls in advance. The chocolate curls took me half hr to make!! The chocolate curls is not easy to make as it will broken easily.. But I'm very satisfied with the end result.. *HappY*
