Yeah, i have attend a fondant class conducted by Ms Nurainie. Linda n i are vy excited for this class as we will learn to made a Topsy Turvy Cake. We are having great day but rolling the fondant is quite tiring..hehe..

As Durian season is around, i decided to try to made a new cake..Durian Cheesecake. I thought i am the one who like Durian + Cheese as some will think its too heavy. But this combination really prefer by alot of ppl but make sure you are Durian Lover.
